Berzerk was a great game. On the Atari 2600. Uh, I suppose I'm aging myself a bit.

The earliest game system I had was an Intellivision, I think? I'm not entirely sure, nor do I know what happened to it.

the very first system that I owned was a Playstation. the very first system that I played was NES.

i still have that old thing too. it's older than me and still works.

i don't know why my brother didn't want it. must have something to do with all that civilization-advancing research he like so much.

Borderlands from Gearbox Software published by 2K Games for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

an FPS/action-RPG mashup. think of it as Diablo with guns, set in a post-apocalyptic setting with vehicles. supposedly there are hundreds of thousands of different weapons.

as a lover of Diablo and shooting stuff, i eagerly await its Oct. 20 release date

Is Boarderlands the game where you need to learn various skill-sets such as "first aid", "gun-smithing", "Automechanics" etc. to be able to repair and maintain your character and his/her weapons/vehicles/health? (all weapons eventually breakdown if you don't have repair skills or the money to have it repaired at a gun smith/black smith).

Is this the one where you can encounter radiation that eventually makes you sick unless you can get to a healer/town?

If so, I read an advanced review of it for PC about 6 months ago and they said it is sick (in a good way) and a highly immersible gaming experience!

IF this isn't the game I described above then I'm a bigger douche than I give myself credit for being.
